Every year on New Year's eve people sit and write there new years resolutions. What they don't realise is that their chance of success is minimal and they have increased the amount of pressure in their lives hugely. To use an example, I personally have lost 6.5 stone since May 2016. This was not done by having a goal of losing weight. Rather it was an effect of eating the right foods at the correct times based on the activity done during the day. These actions resulted in me losing weight. Equally health challenges that I have faced are no more than the result of bad diet, lack of exercise etc. So by your action, you can control.
